The Guardnexa 30-day promise
Install and evaluate your Guardnexa TriView camera. An eligible return can be requested within 30 days of delivery under the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Support for product issues
For a setup problem or suspected hardware fault, email juena057@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, the troubleshooting already attempted and clear photographs or video where useful. Never include camera passwords or full payment-card details.
Assessment and remedies
Support may ask you to confirm power, charging, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, app permissions, storage and installation conditions so that software, network and hardware causes can be distinguished. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy will be provided according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
What is not treated as a manufacturing fault
- Damage caused by impact, misuse, unauthorised alteration or incorrect installation.
- Performance limitations caused by weak Wi-Fi, blocked sunlight, incompatible devices or storage, third-party service interruption, or settings outside the product's supported requirements.
- Normal cosmetic wear or gradual consumable and battery ageing, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Additional warranties
No additional fixed-term commercial warranty is promised on this page unless a specific warranty period is expressly stated in the product offer, order documents or written support communication. Any valid manufacturer warranty supplied with the product and all mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
