Guardnexa 30-day return promise
You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. This promise is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
Start a return
- Email juena057@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
- Wait for return approval and the correct return instructions.
- Package the product securely and include the camera, solar panel, mounting parts, cables, manuals and any other items supplied with the order.
- Use a trackable return service and keep proof of postage.
Please do not send a parcel to an address found online or on the original shipping label unless our support team confirms that address for the return.
Return condition
Change-of-mind returns should be complete and in a condition that allows the product to be inspected and resold. Reasonable handling to evaluate the product is permitted, but a refund may be reduced where avoidable damage, missing parts or use beyond reasonable evaluation has reduced its value, where allowed by law.
Faulty, incorrect or damaged products
Contact us promptly with photographs or video and a description of the issue. Where the product is confirmed to be faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, we will provide an appropriate remedy and return instructions consistent with applicable consumer law.
Return shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping unless mandatory law requires otherwise. For a confirmed faulty, incorrect or transit-damaged item, reasonable return arrangements will be provided by Guardnexa.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Payment providers and banks can require additional time to post the credit. Original premium or expedited shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
Exclusions
A return can be declined or reduced where permitted by law if the product has been deliberately damaged, materially altered, repaired without authorisation, returned incomplete, or used contrary to the supplied safety and installation instructions.
