When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping-confirmation email containing the available tracking details.
How to check your delivery
- Open the shipping-confirmation email sent for your order.
- Select the tracking link or copy the tracking number into the carrier's official tracking page.
- Allow time for the first carrier scan to appear after dispatch.
Tracking has not updated
Carrier scans can occasionally take time to appear or update between facilities. If your tracking has not changed for an extended period, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
