Does TriView require a monthly subscription?

No compulsory monthly plan is required for core camera use. Compatible local storage can be used for recordings. Optional third-party or cloud services, where available, may have separate terms.

Which Wi-Fi network does the camera use?

TriView requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. A 5 GHz-only network is not supported. For reliable performance, install the camera within a strong Wi-Fi coverage area.

How does solar charging work?

The solar panel helps recharge the built-in battery when it receives suitable daylight. Charging performance varies with panel position, shade, season, temperature and camera activity.

Can I view the camera remotely?

Yes. After setup, compatible iOS and Android devices can be used to view live video and receive alerts when the camera and phone have internet access.

Does it record at night?

TriView supports night viewing and a spotlight for improved visibility after dark. Image quality depends on installation, distance, ambient light and weather conditions.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

The camera is designed with IP66 weather resistance for everyday outdoor exposure when correctly installed. Keep covers and ports properly sealed and follow the installation guidance.

Where should I install it?

Common locations include front doors, driveways, garages, side entrances, gardens and sheds. Choose a position with a clear view, useful mounting height, strong 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and suitable sunlight for the solar panel.

What storage does it use?

Compatible local memory-card storage can be used. A memory card is included only when it is specifically stated in the selected offer.

What is the difference between the three bundles?

Single Guard contains one camera, Home Shield Duo contains two, and Whole-Home Kit contains three. The larger options are intended for broader property coverage.

Can a security camera guarantee that crime will not happen?

No. A camera can support awareness, evidence and deterrence, but it cannot guarantee prevention. Use it alongside appropriate locks, lighting and other safety measures.

What is the return period?
