Delivery availability
Available delivery destinations, shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout after a valid delivery address is entered. An order can only be accepted for a destination supported by the checkout.
Order processing
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied with the order. A separate dispatch or fulfilment update is sent when the order is prepared for delivery. Orders may be reviewed before fulfilment for address, payment or fraud-prevention checks.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery window shown at checkout or in an order update is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracked delivery is available, the tracking reference is included in the dispatch notification. Tracking events can take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier. You can also visit the Track Your Order page.
Address accuracy
Please check the recipient name, address, postcode and contact details before paying. Contact juena057@gmail.com immediately after ordering if a correction is needed. An address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has started.
Import charges
For international deliveries, taxes, duties or carrier handling charges may be collected according to the destination's rules unless checkout expressly states that they are included. The customer is responsible for reviewing any charge shown before completing payment.
Missing, delayed or damaged deliveries
Check the carrier tracking and delivery location first, then contact us with your order number and tracking reference. For visible damage, retain the packaging and send clear photographs so the issue can be assessed.
