These terms apply to use of the Guardnexa online store and purchases made through it. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you are not excluded by these terms.

Using the store

You must provide accurate information, use the store lawfully and not attempt to interfere with its security, operation or other customers. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

Products and descriptions

We aim to present product information accurately. Screen colours, image scale and minor production details can vary. Product performance depends on installation, Wi-Fi quality, sunlight, weather, settings and usage. Review compatibility and important notes before ordering.

Prices and payment

The price and transaction currency shown at checkout apply to the order. Taxes, shipping and any other charges are displayed before payment where the checkout can calculate them. Payment is processed by the payment method selected at checkout.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment where payment is not authorised, information appears incorrect, stock is unavailable, a pricing error is material, delivery is unsupported or fraud is reasonably suspected. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned through the original payment method.

Lawful camera use

You are responsible for installing and using the camera lawfully. This can include respecting neighbours and public spaces, displaying notices where required, protecting account access, and complying with privacy, audio-recording and surveillance rules applicable to the installation location. The product is not a substitute for emergency services, professional monitoring or appropriate physical security.

Compatibility and third-party services

Remote functions require compatible hardware, software, internet access and a supported app. Third-party apps, networks, cloud services, memory cards and mobile devices can have separate terms, fees and privacy practices. Service availability can change outside Guardnexa's control.

Intellectual property

Store text, graphics, branding and original layout elements are owned by or licensed for the Guardnexa store. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where law permits.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Guardnexa is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful installation, ignored compatibility requirements, customer-supplied networks or storage, unauthorised modifications, third-party service outages, or events outside reasonable control. Consumer remedies for faulty goods remain unaffected.

Changes

The store may update these terms for future visits and purchases. The terms presented when an order is placed apply to that order, subject to mandatory law.
