Guardnexa TriView installation guide

Use this guide to plan a reliable installation. Always follow the quick-start instructions supplied with your camera.

Before mounting

• Fully charge the camera before first use.
• Confirm that a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal is available at the intended location.
• Pair and test the camera near your router before permanent installation.
• Check the live view to confirm that the chosen angle covers the intended area.

Choose a useful position

• Mount high enough to reduce easy interference while keeping faces and activity visible.
• Avoid pointing directly at intense lights, reflective surfaces or constantly moving branches.
• Position the solar panel where it can receive suitable daylight and is not heavily shaded.
• Keep the camera within dependable Wi-Fi range.

Mount and seal

1. Mark the bracket holes and confirm that the mounting surface is suitable.
2. Use appropriate fixings for the surface material.
3. Secure the camera and solar panel, then adjust both angles.
4. Keep charging ports and weather covers fully closed after setup.

Configure the app

• Set motion sensitivity for the area.
• Choose alert preferences.
• Set recording preferences and confirm compatible local storage where used.
• Test two-way audio, night viewing and remote movement.

Improve reliability

If alerts or live viewing are inconsistent, test Wi-Fi strength at the camera, move the router or use an appropriate network extender. Solar performance can be improved by reducing shade and adjusting the panel toward stronger daylight.
